I have dealt with this firm at the Ringwood office on two occasions with a house purchase and at present, a house sale with Barbara Broome acting on my behalf. I have to say, I have always found her excellent, proactive and thorough. I would not go anywhere else as I complete trust in her doing a good job. I gave 5 stars so not sure why only 4.5 are showing!

Great service and communication!!! I had an incident where I was knocked off my bike, I was originally using a solicitor that I found in the comic and was not getting any feed back. I then met Ellis Jones at a the London bike show, we had a long chat and I allowed them to take my case over. This was the best move I could have made. Communication was perfect, I was never left to wonder what was happening or if it was being worked on. The end result I received was great too! I see them at show and they always remember my name and will always recommend them! That more personal touch works really well
