Excellent service!!! Jack knows his chickens and hens and everything in between with real passion & enthusiasm. The birds we got were healthy and Great! He gave us some great ideas to get up and running which have jems of sound knowledge and helped us loads! Will definitely be returning as we need more!! Very professional service. Emails answered quickly, easy payment by BACS. We are first time duck owners and Jack has some great advice about fox proofing our run that we hadn’t thought of. Our 4 Indian runners are settling in nicely. I would definitely buy from Mount Bank again.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy my hens and ducks! Jack is great, and despite being frantically busy he always spares time to offer plenty of advice. He genuinely cares about his poultry too which is so reassuring to see. Lovely location, so clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend Mount Bank Farm enough!
I've had two visits to Mount Bank Farm, one a week before lockdown and another yesterday to collect a couple more hens, which have already settled in well with the others. It's a great set up that Jack has and very organised. It's also clean and tidy which gives you the confidence to buy. I will definitely return when I need more hens. In fact I'm seriously thinking of keeping pure breeds again, so I'll keep in touch Jack. Many thanks for all your help and the chats about poultry keeping. Highly recommended.
