This salon goes above and beyond all expectations, I suffered a hairSCAREmare at home where my hair extensions turned orange from sea water / chlorine but my 'own' hair stayed the beautiful blonde that the salon has done for years. In a panic with important zoom work meetings looming Elle saved the day! She sent me out products to use at home, a Wella colour fresh mask she personally called me giving me step by step advice on how to use, how to check my hair when using and even followed up the next day to ensure I was happy. She sent me a 'how to' video also of styling my hair until my products arrived (which was next day anyway! THANK YOU!) I love how the salon has adapted to still offer an incredible service even in the midst of a global pandemic, also starting an online shop so I can order my hair oil straight to my font door! Thank you Elle - you are a hair wizard! 5 stars and the rest...

I went here yesterday for the first time and I'm so happy with my cut. I can't remember the name of the lady that cut my hair (sorry!) but she's one of the only hairdressers that has nailed it on my first visit. I thought the price was really reasonable as well.
Kelly who did my hair made a beautiful job, we chose 3 colours for the hi lights. Then she put on a toner after, as I wanted a new look for the winter. Couldn't be more pleased my hair is shiny and vibrant again. Thanks so much, can't wait for my next appointment!
