Popped into the shop just by chance.i was getting married in three months .Elle Louise was absolutely brilliant.I tried on five dresses that day all completely different styles.One dress I was taken with .However I was told to go away and have a think about it.There was no hard selling by Ella.She was totally professional and gave me such personal care.I returned the following week and bought the dress.I can honestly say on my wedding day I felt amazing and everyone said the dress was made especially for me.I want to say a big thank you to Ella Louise for making me feel and look like a bride.Highly recommend this boutique

I purchased my wedding dress from here after seeing their dresses at a show. I went in with no idea what sort of dress I wanted; the staff helped me choose what suited me best and were extremely patient. The end result was a dress that made me feel amazing on my wedding day and I cannot thank the team enough for all their efforts.
Elle Louise Bridal was wonderful! From the minute I arrived the lovely staff were ready to work with me. With so many gorgeous dresses to choose from I was spoilt for choice but nothing was too much trouble. They made my experience extra special.
I received the worst customer service I have ever had! I spent over 4000 in this shop, I got married 4 years ago and when I think about the service I had it still makes me angry and upset, buying your wedding dress should be a special time! to start with my mum has MS and wanted to use the shop Toilet to which she was told their toilet wasn't a customer toilet but she could walk around the corner to the pub and use their toilet! this really embarrassed my mum AS SHE CANNOT WALK THAT FAR! I had 10 bridesmaids and spent 220 per dress, my bridesmaids come to the shop to get measured, 2 of my bridesmaids are plus size AND IN FRONT OF THEM AND EVERYONE IN THE SHOP THE SHOP ASSISTANT TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR THEIR DRESSES! first of all this really embarrassed and upset my 2 bridesmaids, secondly with the amount of money I was paying for these dresses i thought it was disgusting I was bring told I had to pay more money. also on the same visit my mum asked if she could sit down and was told yes but she would have to move when the next bride turned up for their appointment!! sorry but what was I???!! l I ordered my shoes and tiara also from the shop, I had to chase up several times to when I would receive them- the excuse I was given was laughable ' there is probably a delay because it's chinese New year' I didn't realise their new year goes on for 12months!!! when my shoes finally arrived they were the wrong size! there were many many more issues but I would be here all day if I was to put them all down! the service got that bad I ended up paying to have my dress and the bridesmaid dresses steamed at a different shop so I didn't have to go back into that shop! it was such a terrible experience which should of been a special experience.
Really friendly and welcoming shop and staff. New shop is really classy and shows dresses off really well. Really happy with the service and my dress for prom was insane! Thankyou Elle Louise bridal!!!!!
