Avoid Avoid Avoid. Phoned to check they had a product in stock - told (very Bluntly) it was a live site and yes they did. Ordered and got a delivery date - so booked a fitter. Two days later they emailed to say they had sold it to someone else. I now have to pay the fitter but no stove to fit. **update** Just gone back on the website and the stove that they cannot supply is in stock online so I phoned to ask if it was in stock and did not tell them about my order I was told that yes it was in stock and if it’s on the website it’s a live website and I can order from it. This company is atrocious you should not be allowed to take your money confirm and guarantee delivery so that you booking trades for them to then decide not to sell it Avoid avoid avoid!

After lots of shopping around I finally found the electric fire suit I had been looking for. It was a little more than I wanted to pay for an \electric plug in fire\ but other cheaper brands looked really cheap. 2 lovely and very chirpy delivery guys arrived, brought the fire in, unpacked, plugged in for me, made sure I was happy, removed my rubbish and off they went. The fireplace is stunning, so much nicer than I ever expected, the quality of the wood and overall finish is beautiful and is perfect in my room. The fire effect is classy and cosy, throws out a good amount of heat and not noisy either. Overall very impressed and great service.

Shambolic Shambolic from start to finish. Its a busy time of year for Hetas engineers so we needed our fire quickly to suit our guys timetable, we were pointed in the direction of SAU as they advertise stoves for quick delivery. We decided on a Stove that was advertised as next day delivery and thats where the fun started ...ordered on the Sunday, delivery was scheduled for Tuesday which was fine, I got a call Tuesday explaining that the fire hadnt been picked up so it would be delivered on the wednesday instead , Wednesday 8am the lorry was here then the driver realised that it had been packed incorrectly and he would have to return at the end of his day, Later that day I took delivery. The next day I unpacked the stove ready for the Hetas engineer and quickly realised that it was infact the wrong stove! I was assured that the mix up would be rectified by the following Tuesday (10 days after the order) Tuesday came and I hadnt received any confirmation so I rang SAU and I was told that there was another mix up and the stove wouldnt be arriving today, by this time Id lost all pateince and I was on the verge of cancelling the order completely .....and then the stove turned up ! on the day that they told me that it wasnt coming ! I then get a phonecall 2 hours after delivery where they explained everything that had gone wrong that day but rest assured my Stove will be on the first truck the next day .....but I already had it hence ....Shambolic. Now I feel I have to mention here that Im self employed , on each of the promised delivery days I had to re-arrange all my plans to be available for the stoves delivery and I had to cancel and re-book the engineer 3 times. Throughout this experience I dealt with 3 guys, all seemed disinterested and I had little in the way of an apology

Excellent company to deal with, professional and knowledgeable I'd certainly recommend them and use them again our AGA Rangemaster cooker is excellent.
