After purchasing the coffee machine from them they claimed that they shipped it to me but they did not do so and I had to file a complaint to be able to get my paypal refund

Machine broke down after a service and they were fantastically efficient in collecting, mending and returning machine. Think that it is quieter in the summer so machines are processed quicker. Nearly all the staff are friendly and helpful and want to do their best. Hope you get one of them.
