Will never use again, went to depot through traffic, wouldn't do an exchange in lock down, only doing deliveries. I said ok please deliver, they said no, only to existing customers, told them I have been using them for as long as I can remember, they made another excuse. Obviously only deliver to worthwhile customers. Let me down when I needed them most, live off grid and rely heavily on gas for cooking and heating. Went to Tool Hire at Hipperholme who were more than happy to exchange for me.

Screwed me on a 3 year contract. People in my village paying 30ppl domestic I’m using 12,000L per year and paying 53ppl. Complained twice, rang endless times no one gets back to me. Rang when prices went up told just to like it or lump it. Don’t use them they will have your pants down.
Really rude and unhelpful staff. Despite the fact I called when they were clearly open, the young woman behind the counter couldn't be bothered to get up to serve me and told me it was inconvenient as she was \doing the banking\. I insisted on being served as I'd come out of my way. She was very brusque and snatched a 20 note out of my hand. I wouldn't come here again. I have since discovered that nearby Ace Energy sell their own gas which can be used instead of calor. It's better value and the staff are lovely there.
