We had a terrible experience here with our 10 month old. She needed blood drawn for an allergy test. We made an appointment and used the virtual check in option. Once we received the alert we went in but no one was at the window to greet us. We stood there for at least 5 minutes with our unmasked daughter before someone told us to come back. At that point we were placed in another waiting room for at least 15 minutes. At one point a member of the staff called me over to check in (didn't I already do that?) and she mumbled under her breath that someone had messed up the system. She asked me for my last name four times. Finally, someone came to pull our file and audible and visually expressed her displeasure with having to see another baby. I confronted her and she insisted that wasn't the case. They weren't able to find a vein and blamed it on my daughter not drinking enough water. My pediatrician said that shouldn't have been a problem and that they hadn't heard that excuse before. I asked if the staff were trained to work with kids and they said the training was the same for 0 to 99. That is absurd! The staff also have not received the COVID vaccine and at several points had an exposed nose near my 10 month old. This is one of the worst medical experiences I've had. Unsafe, untrained, and unsuitable to work with kids.

I have taken my daughter twice for blood draws. I checked in using express check (a monitor there), and waited inside the office, opting not to get a text. They called us in within just 1-2 minutes. Blood was drawn efficiently. Whole process took less than 15 minutes each time. Highly recommend this Lab Corp location.
I waited 30 minutes and didn't get the text to go in so I called the office. I expected it was an error and no big deal, I wasn't stressed. I was completely caught off guard when the woman who answered the phone started yelling saying they had been calling me. No, ma'am I had received no calls to my phone. She also called me a liar and wouldn't let me get a word in and hung up. I am sorry your system is malfunctioning but there is no excuse for your behavior. Like I said on the phone, bring this up with your therapist do not bring it up with me. I reported this location to corporate and I will not return. I highly recommend choosing another location because my other visit here was strange also. People have choices and don't have to deal with nonsense like this. Get it together.
Ms. Joyce and the entire staff at this location really brightened my day! They were so professional, positive and hilarious. I wish them all well and thank them so much for continuing their important service, especially during these times!
