I have worked at Barrick Goldstike in human resources and have seen the indecent way they treat their older employees. I have also seen how they hire friends and family instead of knowledgeable and able employees. It's shameful. The employees and management do things on jobsite that I will not post but I can say this place is a cesspool.

Its a shame this company refuses to hire a skilled, and qualifed individual, in favor of a moron with no skills who happens to either know, or be related to a boss for barrick. Sacrificing quality for who someone knows is a good way to cause uneccessary deaths in the mine environment.
