Food is great. Customer service, delivery, follow through (basically getting you the food) is beyond terrible. I could write several examples. But I'll save my time and yours. They can't get you the order. It is a real shame as we really love this local restaurant. However, the fact they can't even get us our food delivered for the multiple time means we will no longer even attempt a delivery nor takeout from them ever again. We are done. Not worth the hassle, not worth rolling the dice if we will have dinner that night counting on this Tiffin to deliver. Seriously, we've been burned at least four time with them just not delivering our order. No phone call. No food. Nothing. Thay fail on the most basic level.

My go to Indian restaurant in Philly. I love the delivery system on the website; VERY easy to use and affordable. Wish food came a little faster, but that has more to do with my impatience for good food :) Please offer more specials on your website Tiffin!!
Go somewhere else. The food is subpar and the \manager\ hasn't got a clue on how to treat customers. Update*** I find it odd that Tiffin even replied to my comment as they said they didn’t care that I was going to tell other community members about my experience, but anyway... Please don’t make it seem as though you were amenable to giving me a refund. The “manager” begrudgingly did so after she called me a liar and disregarded the well being of my children. I’ve never had a more negative experience in customer service in my life. There are no shortage of places in the area to get take out. Please spend your money somewhere else.
This is the second branch of this restaurant that I visit, an Indian restaurant that serves various Indian food, and the smell of spices. But the service varies, is slow, and a delay in service.just one Pearson for service .
