HomeStory was very quick and efficient with both the measurements of my old doors and the installation of the new doors. It took less time than they had told me (always a plus). The technicians were professional and the installers cleaned up all the little shavings of wood from the installation - which I appreciated (less vacuuming for me). It was Home Depot that referred me to HomeStory and I am glad they did. If I ever needed to replace interior doors again, I would use HomeStory. The doors are a much needed improvement to my condo - they are more my style (more contemporary and less traditional) and they added levers instead of knobs at my request. In addition, some of my doors could not be replaced (louvered doors) since they would have to be the same style as my old ones. However, I had brass knobs and I was switching to brushed nickel. For a slightly additional charge I was able to order additional knobs for those doors and they even changed them for me. Overall this was a great experience and I am very pleased with the look and feel of my new doors - thank you!

It shows the high-tech process by which these doors are made. All doors are custom built to precise measurements and professionally painted by machines. The entire process was as simple as expressed on the website. My design expert, Jane, in California, and my coordinator, Nancy, in Chicago, ensured that everything went smoothly from start to finish. So very satisfied with the experience of replacing existing doors from a 2002 addition done to our home. The doors which the contractor provided to us was your basic builder grade doors with nothing appealing about them, just basic door. We had been going round and round about replacing them with something that was better quality and more visually appealing. As most of us do now a days, I searched the internet and came open HomeStory. After reading about the doors, watching the videos, we decided to make an appointment. Obviously, due to COVID, I chose to have a phone appointment. I can't lie, I was a bit nervous as I was curious how this was all going to pan out. I am happy to say the entire experience was outstanding. Mark Thune, the representative who I spoke to could not have been nicer and provided me all the information about the doors and hardware choices. Nancy Johnson was also very professional in dealing with payment and scheduling when the doors were received. I can't say enough positive things about the installers, John, Chris and James. Boy oh boy, they were on a mission and all doors even a double swing closet door that use to be a bi-fold door came out beautifully. These guys were professional, pleasant and did a fantastic job.
