Chicago Motor Coach delivers 5 Star rating! Their customer service is excellent! Their response time is very quick, with quotes, contracts, and all the other trip details. This week my school qualified to go to an out-of-town State academic tournament. We had two days to secure transportation and Jill was amazing! She went above and beyond in her quickness, professionalism, and attention to detail to get this done in 1 day. I have worked with Chicago Motor Coach two other times in the past year and they have provided excellent drivers, on-time service, and an overall trip experience. By the way, whenever they drive us our team takes first place!! Thank you, Chicago Motor Coach!

Chicago Motor Coach, Inc. was the perfect choice when it came to wedding transportation, and we couldn't be more thankful for Jill and everything she did for us! We had the worse experience trying to book with Pontarelli Chicago, so it was a breath of fresh air, ease, and professionalism the entire time we worked with Jill. She responded to every single one of our questions, timeline changes, etc. within the day, and was SO quick and responsive with anything that we could possibly need. We chose the white bus, and it seated our entire bridal party comfortably. It was super clean despite the snowy winter day. The driver was timely and super professional! He also navigated the crazy traffic in Chicago with ease. Thank you to Jill and her team for everything that they did for us!
We used Chicago Motor Coach to service our wedding. We had two 32 seat buses, one for the wedding party for a few hours and one that took guests from the hotel and back at the end of the night. The first bus with the wedding party was absolutely perfect and I have no complaints. The driver was very easy to work with and got us where we needed to go. I left very specific instructions for the 2nd driver (leave the hotel at 5:25, nothing needed until two trips back to the hotel from the venue at 11pm and 12pm). While everything went okay, he called me about 4 times to confirm various things. I am the groom, this is my wedding day and my instructions were pretty easy to follow. If there was any confusion it should have been handled ahead of time. While the service was great, this was a bit frustrating, luckily the wedding went so great I didn't let it bother me too much!
We have been using Chicago Motor Coach for years for our retreat bussing needs. They are reliable, courteous and their drivers are always kind, funny and very safe. When our community was faced with a difficult situation, Chicago Motor Coach was righteous in their dealings with us and moved me to tears. I would highly recommend this company for any travel needs. It is so special to find a company that cares so much about their customers. I can't imagine using another company.
