Not a fan!!! I would try other dealerships in the area before I would go back to Castle Chevrolet North in Elk Grove Village IL!! We went to look at a vehicle and test drive it at this dealership. We fell in love with the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. We it can time to talk numbers, this dealership would not budge off their asking price. It's a 1 year old used vehicle which we are sure they have money in. This dealership would not even come down 200 for us. The sales rep made us feel like we needed them not that they wanted to sell us a vehicle. Very sad!! Everyone wants to feel like they got a good deal on an expensive vehicle not taken to the cleaners. I'm sure another dealership will appreciate our business!!!

Jaryd and Megan were absolutely great! Megan did an awesome job coordinating an appointment that would work with my schedule and communicating every update on what stage my vehicle was in. Jaryd explained in detail what my service options were after getting a “Service High Voltage System” message on my 2012 Volt. He made sure I understood the cost of each option and that the decision was ultimately up to me. This dealer is about an hour drive each way for me but it’s the only one I will trust for my EV service needs from now on, can’t recommend them enough.

Traded in my equinox which I really liked for a silverado that is 1 of the best vehicles I've ever bought. From the start there was no pressure and Nate kept asking if I wanted him to do something before just doing it like other dealers. He asked me what I wanted to pay, what can I afford and other questions before show me any vehicles so that I don't get my hopes up. The whole process was easy with no pushing out anything. You can even see the other customers happiness when looking at the huge assortment of vehicles on the lot.

Just wanted to say that we love our Traverse and dealing with Mike Pirozzoli was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. He took care of all our needs and everything was straight and forward. With some Traverses being hard to find I was happy that the perfect one was found at my local Chevy dealership so I could support one of our businesses in Elk Grove. If you're looking for a vehicle I recommend Mike. The only other people I would recommend are family and they don't deal in Chevrolet so there you go. Thanks for being straight forward and knowledgeable Mike!
