It is my first time visiting this restaurant and I truly liked it. The best of its Menu is the soups although, it has an ample variety of dishes. What I also liked is how well portioned they served the food. Finally, I liked the friendliness of its staff. My only point against is the service should be faster.

I have never been to this restaurant and just by the way that they treat people is a sure way to say that I will never try it! As someone who is an Uber delivery driver; solely picking up food, I was treated with utmost disrespect. Whoever the person in charge was decided that he was going to yell at me (after I waited 10 minutes for someone to even show up) in front of 8 more people standing behind me in a TINY hallway (when we’re supposed to be social distancing 6ft) and all standing on top of each other because he wanted to embarrass me. He sarcastically asked me how I would know this was the order when the order had a RECEIPT attached to it and customers name. When I asked him if this was the order to make sure, he reluctantly in a condescending tone told me “well since you know just pick it up and go”. I didn’t want to argue with him and decided I was going to just walk out, but he proceeded to continue with other customers on line in Spanish to say “you enter here and think you know everything and that you own this place”. Every other establishment places a table with the receipt on the bag for Uber drivers to just pick up and go. No one deserves to be yelled at in front of other people when all I’m trying to do is deliver your customers food. Please change the attitude and environment at your restaurant. I won’t be one to promote or even enter your establishment again. And I’m sorry for other people who have dealt with unprofessional staff like this.

I was a bit disappointed and I’m Ecuadorian I told my mom that the food is pretty good since I had the sopa de locro which it was yummy and with flavor. Yesterday I order to go an encebollado and sopa de salchicha. Let’s start with they forgot to put in the tropical bottle which they charged (I will need to call to get a refund), the portion of encebollado was disappointing. They used a small or medium size container (tarina) and a big size for the salchicha \u200d️ The encebollado tasted like fish and water and the salchicha did not have taste at all. I felt bad for my mom since she loves caldo de salchicha. She added a bit of salt to see if it gets better....it did not. Both dishes lack of flavors. The good thing about it is the service and they are friendly. I would have to search for another Ecuadorian restaurant. I should’ve taken a pic of the encebollado so you guys can see it.
