Fantastic service provided by Rick from initial call right through to job completion. Rick cleaned my sofas and did a great job in getting them looking like new again. He's honest, genuine, polite and takes great care in what he does. The guy was great, however very disappointed with the cleaning results. First room was ok however the second which was a dark carpet I feel was rushed and still had dust on around the edges where it hadn't been cleaned! At 100 for two bedroom carpets, I won't be using this service again or wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.
Excellent professional work. Really happy with the result. Ricky was reliable, friendly and very professional. I wanted my carpet cleaned without much notice and unlike other suppliers, he was willing to fit me into his busy schedule. Will use him again for any future carpet cleaning requirements.
