I have trained in many gym's over the years. this one I find the best for many reasons. To mention just a few the equipment is excellent and has everything I need the weights/equipment are never left out on the floor everything is always put back in its place. The staff are great. The atmosphere make it for me, great music pumping and friendly members. The studio is awesome amazing functional training area.

Great gym lots of equipment just recently had a refurb. Great classes. Friendly staff would highly recommend and wouldnt go anywhere else.
