Rude rude rude. From reception to the instructors who are belittle the students. It’s like no one has ever worked in customer service or talked to a person before. While the place is nice, no amount of hairspray could cover the excessive stench of scam

One of the \instructors\ Christian is beyond smug and i cring anytime shed approach me when I had come to get a service. She tries to belittle the students and is extremely rude to everyone ive seen her talk to. I've stopped going and will not go back.

Went to Elite for the first time. April did my hair but all of the supervisors jumped in. I did color, highlights and cut. My hair was a total mess when I went in. Now it looks amazing and the prices can't be beat. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. I WILL be back!
