Just moved house and used Elite Blinds. From measuring up the whole house to installing took only a few days. Most competitive company we've come across. Super friendly company, the install lads were quick, efficient and friendly. Have used Elite before and would use again without a doubt. Thanks Elite - love our new blinds! :-)

The service from Elite Blinds was simple and efficient. The quote was done on a Saturday so we could fit it in around work. It was great to get an instant price on the vertical blinds we needed replacing. Samples were brought to the quotation so that we could pick what we wanted straight away. The person doing the quote identified that some of the existing tracks were in good condition and didn't need replacing, which gave us a cost saving. They called the next day to arrange installation which was fantastic. The blinds were put in a few days after the initial quote and we have been really pleased with the quality of the vertical blinds and the friendly service from everyone at Elite Blinds. Thank you for getting our new blinds in for Christmas.

I write this review with regret. Ive used elite blinds numerous times with no problems. I had a quote a while back for 8 blinds but with lockdown etc never got round to getting them done. So I called yesterday to accept the quote to find they didn't have the sizes anymore which isn't a problem so I requested they measured again so I could place the order to be told we will only come out if you have the intention if buying them this time. I never didn't have the intention not to buy last time but life got in the way. I was then told they would only come out if I wanted them within 2 weeks. I said yes no problem but then wouldn't give me a date to measure saying I needed to call closer to the time?????. I'm a busy person and don't have the time to be messing around with games so needless to say I'll be going elsewhere to people who actually want to take my money. This wasn't 1 blind it was 8 so the loss is yours.

Absolutely faultless service. Phoned back when they said they would. Came at the time they said. Very reasonable price, and fitted the next day. All staff I had contact with were friendly and very respectful of covid guidelines. Great looking replacement vertical blinds. They took away the old rail for us too.
