Elijah�s is a casual American restaurant and oyster bar in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. It has been in operation since 1984 and it provides indoor and outdoor seating along the Wilmington waterfront. The atmosphere is casual yet refined and the kitchen and bar at Elijah�s uses top quality ingredients and carefully selected liquors, beers and wines to complement dinner.

This place is one of the best places to dine at for the river views. There is a ton of outdoor seating as well as indoor. The restaurant is divided into 2 sections. Indoor fine dining and an oyster bar with indoor and outdoor seating. So make sure you check the menu when you walk in to see where you want to dine. The food in the fine dining is good, the oysters are great and freshly shucked. I didn't care for all the fried food and small portions for the prices though. Service was okay, they go through servers quickly so don't expect to have the same server when you come back. The ambiance really makes the place as well as the oysters and bar. They do have happy hour options they don't have listed but ask your server and they can tell you the specials.

Food was delicious and loved the ambiance of the outdoor patio. Plenty of gluten free options (including dessert items) and the staff was very accommodating! Excellent service.

Oysters Rockefeller were fresh. The Surf & turf was excellent with side salad. Love sitting on river watching the sun go down. Open even during covid thankfully!
