Bought a 2,000 hearing aid. This provider is in-network for me so visits are covered. Different story for their hearing aids they sell. They don't bill your insurance directly. Instead, they have you pay upfront and then you have to submit a claim directly to your insurance for reimbursement. The Doctor told me that she called and made sure my insurance would cover the hearing aid if I bought it from them. She even told me in person, \there would be no point in buying a hearing aid from us if your insurance won't reimburse you for the hearing aid.\ If that was the case, she would have encouraged me to go somewhere else, but according to her all was good. Four months later, my claim has been denied twice and I'm out 2,000..... In the end, my insurance will not cover the hearing aid since they were not directly billed from the provider is what I've been told time and time again. My doctor today told me they have done everything they can and never had an issue in the past. But since it's been four months, I can't return it. The staff is nice and tried to help. Even the Doctor too, but I'm still out 2,000 and trusted her when she's said I'll be reimbursed.

No complaint about doctor from my limited interaction. Cost is high so don't go unless you have good coverage. New patient charge 200 120 for looking at the ear with a microscope. Second visit charge 140 120 for microscope. This was for low complexity outer ear infection and cleaning which we knew what it was before going to see the doctor. First visit wait time 50 min, time spent with doctor 10 min. Second visit wait time 10 min, time spent with doctor 5 min.

Both my husband and my son are patients here. The staff is helpful, courteous and kind. The doctors are very caring. My husband had surgery and all went very well. Now, we are awaiting surgery for my son. I highly recommend this practice!
