First time here and unaware of the process her was guides by friendly staff. Ended up in the back of the building where some guy named Eddy proceed to yell at me pointing and yelling on where to go. I'm tried to explain that I don't know where to go but he just continued to yell. I tried to go inside to make a complaint and he follows me in. After an exchange of a few words he says I'm setting him up and curses me out in front of the very polite cashier, and one of the owners. The owner did come out and addressed me and the situation. For that I give this place 4 stars. The owner, site manager and cashier where all very polite. I too was in the wrong for driving back up to Eddy to address him instead of just talking to management. All in all not a completely bad experience. One bad apple shouldn't stop a place like this from having mine and your business.

Needed mulch relatively quickly and Midwest Compost was able to deliver it much quicker than I thought they would be able to. Super easy to deal with and great product (see the before and after) and pricing.
Very easy pulled in paid dumped my load drove off. Very reasonable price to dump a trailer full of bush branches and stumps. Beats chopping it down to bag. Just be mindful it smells like poo which only encouraged me to hurry.
