A sense of emptiness and unfriendly surroundings. Only greeted by one person based at reception. Support was lacking and atmosphere as a whole was cold. Reception area was not warm even though there was a warm greeting. It lack personality and positivity. A friendly staff showing each other support needs to be developed here. Too many individuals, not a team and lacks warmth.
