Recently had an issue with my road bike where the front derailleur would not move the chain onto the big cog. Phoned Fraser late in the day and he said to bring it along the next day. The next day I dropped it off at 9 in the morning. He said it would take around half an hour to fix. I called back at 10 and the bike was sorted. Fraser said that it was such a simple fix; a small turn of a barrel on the gear cable, that he would not charge for it. Top service, top bloke, well recommended!
