Having my niece over with her 3 boys with plenty of energy to play, we went over to the park adjacent to One Loudoun and after an hour it was time for lunch. We decided on Elevation Burge and ordered single burger; chicken sandwich, fiery sunrise burger; fries and kids meals with juice. No line so the food was cooked while we waited , hot and enjoyed everything when we unpacked at home. Fried are gluten-free

Sigh...its hard to find a good burger place. Ordered take out and got a super soggy lettuce burger (which doesn't happen at five guys) and my husband's burger lacked flavor and was missing toppings with \fiery\ fries with just basically jarred jalapenos on them. You can get better food at Burger King without paying 15 a burger for it. Won't be coming back to this location.

We tried calling ahead to place an order and they wouldn’t answer their phone. Since they were still open according to their COVID hours, we drove to the plaza. We loaded up the family to go and order in person and although it wasn’t closing time of 8pm yet, it was 7:40pm, they wouldn’t open the door, stating that their grills were turned off!!!! There were three staff members in there that we could see and although we were knocking on the door, they wouldn’t unlock it. We are a family of six, with my husband, standing masked, out in the cold and they still wouldn’t allow us to order! We asked for the owner’s phone number and they stated they didn’t know it!! Typical!! The manager was unsympathetic and didn’t even apologize. Needless to say, we gave another restaurant our business and will NOT be returning in the future to Elevation Burger.
Pretty decent burgers. Definitely chain-style, but maybe one of the better ones, based on this visit. Got the BBQ burger and fries. Fries are thin-cut and pretty good! I ended up eating half before even starting the burger, lol. Burger was similar to Five Guys, but slightly different beef flavor. Maybe because it's organic? Or maybe it's the BBQ sauce. Filled me up, nevertheless ;) A bit pricey at 14 for burger, fries, and a drink, but I'd probably return.
