I recently had a breast augmentation with Elena and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing! I had 3 consultations with other surgeons prior to being recommended to Elena and deciding straight away that she was the surgeon for me. It's sometimes quite difficult to get across the look that you want and I wanted the most natural shape and size for my body frame. She got it EXACTLY right and I am over the moon. Please do not hesitate going to see Elena, she is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all else a perfectionist. I can not recommend Elena enough!!!

Finding a good surgeon was of the upmost importance to me, after all you are putting a lot of trust into their capabilities, I wanted someone who has also been a plastic surgeon for the N.H.S. After a lot of research I was finally recommended a lady called Elena Prousskaia who I obviously googled and discovered she has worked at Southmead Hospital in Bristol and has now become a full time Private plastic surgeon. At my consultation I found her to be a very forthright , no nonsence lady and totally realistic of the results that could be achieved, I was so impressed by her I decided there and then I was going for it. As you can see by the pictures I made the absolute right decision and her follow up care is second to none. Elena cares about the job that she has done and is rightfully proud, she has changed my life, I feel like me again.
This is my experience based on the consultation only I was booked in, leading up to the appointment it just didn’t feel right, the person who you speak to through WhatsApp felt abit rude at times and didn’t make you feel that they wanted to help or your custom particularly. So yes it didn’t feel right and on the morning of the consultation low and behold she cancels on me with no explanation just that it was an emergency and that there was no compensating me for a loss of a days work but they happily charge you 75 if you cancel at such short notice. Anyway I asked when I’d be able to book back in to be told you would have to look elsewhere because they are unable to help me on this occasion currently???? Bad feeling about this place
Elena was the 3rd consultation that I had, and thank goodness I found her! The two previous consultants that I went to see failed to point out that I had tuberous breasts, and was not prepared to correct this. I went to see Elena and I knew straight away she was the right surgeon for me. Even from my first initial consultation, I didn’t feel rushed and had everything explained to me in as much detail as possible. Only being 20, I was so nervous and it was so important to me that I could find a surgeon I could really trust. Elena fully informed me of everything I needed to know, and answered any questions I had with complete honesty and sincerity. She made me feel relaxed throughout this whole process and I am so glad I chose Elena to do my breast augmentation. Not only is she the most amazing surgeon, but she is also an extremely personable, kind and friendly person. I am 6 weeks post op, and my whole experience from start to finish has been nothing other than exceptional. My scar has healed amazingly well already, and I am over the moon with my new breasts! I wouldn’t of wanted any other surgeon, and I would recommend Elena to anyone!!! Her knowledge and skills are incredible, and I can’t thank her enough.
I have been self conscious for the whole of my adult life and I cannot express how much this surgery has changed things for me. Both mentally and physically. I highly recommend Elena. She supported me throughout my journey from start to finish. Elena is very particular which for me is really important. Elena really took care of me from initial consultation right through to surgery and aftercare.My scaring is minimal and I am absolutely over the moon with my results. Thank you Elena!
