Would give no stars if possible. When Covid hit, they closed down but then changed name and started charging me again. I didn't want to risk my athletic career and asked to cancel. I was told the only way was to contact the manager, Goreal Hudson by email. Turns out the email I was given was incorrect and on-site staff can sign you up but can't cancel a membership. Hmmmm..... Staff said there was no phone, office address, or hours for anyone who could address problems with membership. After doing research I found the PNWCV LLC has no usable contact info, no website despite having emails on their domain, and is listed as delinquent on the WA Secretary of State website. Hmmmm again.... This business is apparently engaged in fraud and I would highly recommend avoiding them.

The gym changed from fit republic to elements gym. Due to the pandemic I decided to cancel my personal trainer services before they could start billing again. Due to health concerns I couldn't take the risk. I was billed for the month of September and asked for a refund back and made them aware I sent an email as to why. Was told several times my contract was canceled and I would no longer be billed. Checked my account today and was billed again for personal training. I talked to 3 people about this situation and finally decided to cancel my membership all together. They have been warned if this isn't rectified by Monday I would be making a complaint with the better business bureau. Times are tough for businesses i get it but its no excuse to turn around and continue billing someone who clearly can't use the service.
I’ve been attending this gym for well over 3 years now. It’s spacious, and well organized. The staff members are always so friendly and inviting. I would recommend coming here!
Hard to get hold of anyone who could cancel my membership while they are still taking my monthly charges. Was told to email about the cancelation but the manager doesn’t reply.. [update] So gym manager replied after i left google review. He told me my membership will be canceled and refund check will be sent in 4-6week. That was in Sept. However i was charged AGAIN in Oct so sent email about it: the reply was “there was 30day notice for cancellation”.. i said ok and still wait for my refund check. Guess what, this month Nov, element gym charged me AGAIN so i feel like it’s more of scam now.. 30day notice was a lie. Then why the gym charge me again after 60days..? I have to dispute it with the bank and change my account number now. This is very frustrating :/
