Omg... What a company to deal with . Super Friendly, Super Helpful, Extremely efficient and the after sales customer service is excellent. Such a pleasure to deal with. I purchased 2 Hoover Boards and Karts over Christmas.
Ordered 2 hover boards from this company for Christmas. Delivered on time, easy to contact, and even arranged to swap one for the same model to keep the kids happy! Sadly, they let themselves down by including dangerous and illegal adapters with the hover boards. The hover board chargers have 2 pin plugs on them (which is illegal to sell in Ireland), and a 2-pin to 3-pin adapter in the box. The adapter has NO safety shutters, so a child could VERY easily stick a finger in and get a possibly fatal mains voltage shock. The 2-pin lead also provided was terrible quality. I could see copper wire where the flex is attached to the connector head. Again, mains voltage with no insulation or safety. Like most households, I had a drawer of these leads lying around, but it would be so easy for a parent not to notice the dangerous leads that are delivered with the hover boards. They also claim that the batters are LG or Samsung. This is not true. I had to replace one of the batteries so I tore it down to see what was inside. The battery is a JETECH battery, and the 18650 cells are marked \CHINA CELL\. Not Samsung. Not LG.

Not a genuine feedback. He did bought motherboard from me on eBay. For some reason, it did not work for him hence return to me as a faulty. As a kind person, he left positive feedback on ebay and in exchange he asked me to leave feedback, hence I left this feedback.
Spent almost 1000 there at Xmas 2 iPhone 8 and hover board and kart.. one iPhone was for my daughter from Santa and when opened Xmas morning it wasn’t working so contacted yous and I drove almost 6hrs round trip from wexford to athlone yous never offered me anything for the inconvenience.. now 3 days later her hover board stops working and i look at it and it looks as if it’s been opened before as there is screws missing from the cover ..?so upset child again I had to go out and spend another 250 and buy her another one then the next iPhone was for myself and just there now today I noticed the screen had popped up went to my local phone shop and the battery had swelled so had to get a new battery put in costing me 65 so over all between my trip to athlone and buying another hover board and getting a new battery for my phone it has nearly cost me another 500 on top of what I gave yous for scrap check your products before you sell them
