I have been a customer of the Worcester branch for over 10 years, and they have always given me a good service, they have always gone out of their way to help but today they went the extra extra mile, I was stuck for materials for a customer of mine late on a Saturday night, one of the electric centres staff went out of his way, disturbing his social life to open up and supply me what I needed, above and beyond customer services, thank you very much Worcester branch, shaun Phase electrics
