Left my electric Trike in for diagnosis and repair. Surprised and pleased to get phone call next day saying trike was ready for collection. Found out following week that I had left charger in store. Took one phone call to have the store post it to me saving a 100 mile round trip. Well deserved 5* rating

I had a problem with my lovely electric mountain bike. As it was still under warranty The Electric Bike Sales team, especially Eddie Kehoe, sorted things out with the manufacturer.
