I would never recommend this company as a recycling company!! They are so picky about what they accept, and what they don't. Don't put glass in your red tub because they won't accept it. Instead you need to take it up to the big green collection and put it into the bin. Remember to listen to it smash into several little pieces. Makes sense right!? Can't take it as a whole from your tub, but they will accept it in smashed pieces. They claim it's unsafe. I'm surprised they take tin. You can cut yourself just as easy from tin. Everything has to be perfect. Some of their employees will accept certain items, and the next one won't. Great uniformed training right. They decided to be picky about what they accepted out of my tub today. Lots of perfectly great recycled items were still waiting in the tub including water bottles, and cardboard. They like to leave you notes. Most of the time they make no sense because you have no idea of what they are talking about, or why it's not accepted. Do they not realize that everything they don't accept I take up to the big green collwctor, when I have to go up for my one glass item, and put in there?! If anything this company makes a person NOT want to recycle. Every other company I've ever worked with has accepted the items. They are not pleasant on the phone if you call and ask questions either. They don't want to be questioned on their odd methods and weird rules. I would NEVER recommend using this company.
