I live miles away from here, so I ordered a pair of Fairfax & Favour boots via Facebook and Elderkin & Son's were so incredibly helpful answering my queries and posted my boots the next day upon purchase. They arrived in perfect condition and the lady who dealt with my order (Nichola) was kind enough to hold the boots for me at their original price despite Fairfax & Favour increases their prices the week prior. I would certainly recommend if you are ordering online/ via the phone.

Staff are excellent, bought a Lanber O/U 12bore shotgun few months back even though I only had a small budget was made to feel a real valued customer, was that good that I went back to buy a gun slip and cartridges won't use anywhere else 10/10

Went a few months ago on the hunt for my first gun. I left this one to last because I presumed that it would be out of my price range. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It doesn’t seem to matter how much you have to spend (some VERY nice stuff in there) everybody gets the same fantastic service. Their prices for what I wanted are better than anywhere else locally (another local shop almost shouted at me that what I wanted wasn’t possible within my price range however here it was). Service and prices absolutely exceptional. It is very rare to find anybody that puts in as much time and effort with customers nowadays. Fantastic. Couldn’t recommend more.
