beach is still frozen in April, we'll surely come back in summer.

I love all aspects of this park, but you must visit the sand dunes. What a wonderful experience. After a twenty minute walk on the trail, which has plenty of trees and cactus, the sand dunes stretch out before you like a mirage. And remember, after a hot walk to the dunes, make your way to Lake Diefenbaker for a swim in the nicest lake in the province.

Very lovely sand beach. It has the most private comping sites. Most of the sites are filled and covered by trees. There is store by the beach. It have many beaches, I personally prefer the sandy beach that you have to walk a bit to get there as well as the beach by boat launch. It has a clean water to swim. The only issue might be washrooms that are that clean and the showers which aren't that many and you have to walk to get there.

Great Campsite on Lake Diefenbaker. Many private treed sites. Lots of shower facilities. Beach, etc. Did some kayaking.

Great walking trails within the campground, nice playgrounds for the kids, quaint ice cream shop by the beach. The beach is small and could get crowed easily but we were there during the week so not too bad. Some sites are great and others are very wide open so it your can scout your site ahead of time, I'd do that.

I love this park. The campsites are large and private. Even when the park is full, it doesn't seem like it. Bathrooms and showers are well kept and clean. The interpretation centre is fantastic. I will definitely come back!

Went for a winter hike with my dogs. Couldn’t find any winter pics online so I thought I’d add some. Of course the water is off, bathrooms closed, etc. But there are many trails to walk or ski, places to picnic, and gorgeous nature to see!
