Last week I ordered an Imilab Watch on Fnac market place/ Company PAVON.As you will see in the attachment I was suppose to receive an electronic watch.Today the package as arrived but with a webcam inside. ( see picture) After I opened the package, I directly called the company Pavon. The service desk was unhelpful, she couldn't speak any language beside Spanish and when I asked her to transfer me to someone else or a manager and she wouldn't. Sorry to say but if you are not able the give an proper aftersale service in English than you shouldn't deal internationally. I'm expecting now that you ship the correct item at the same address ASAP as I need to watch soon. I already sent you an email BTW

Worse online experience ever! Purchased an UPS through worten.pt but received a current stabiliser! Takes ages to reply to my messages and is avoiding by all ways to be responsible for the mistake/cheating sale. I am also complaining within Spanish Consumption Services while expecting a proper resolution of this case! Reply - The technical confusion is yours because you announced it as an UPS and I purchased it as an UPS so please review your technical skills!! I am waiting for the item to be collected since I contacted you on the same day I received it but you are still doing everything not to collect it. Please be honest and close this matter with chivalry

The most bad service I have ever seen. Bought a TV through FNAC site and received with broken screen. A week passed and still no precise answer or resolution. At least someone had to apologize...Even if transportation company is responsible, it's a problem between Infopavon and transportation company. You need first to solve the client problem and then deal with whom you signed a contract.

Encomendei da Worten esta semana um pacote e escolhi a Infopavon, uma vez que a Worten não tinha em stock. Mandaram a encomenda em 1h com um tracking number e 4 dias depois estava na minha casa. A linha de apoio deles dentro da Worten foi brilhante e recomendo eles.
