Going to El V has been a family tradition of ours for years. ANYtime there's a special occasion, we celebrate with a good old fashioned Tex Mex meal here and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The food and the service is as consistent today as it's been for the over 10 years our family has been coming... you can ALWAYS count on El Vaquero!

Excellent little spot for some authentic Mexican food. The staff is very nice and make sure you are satisfied. I ordered the carné Asada and it was delicious. Huge piece of grilled beef skirt with rice, beans, and guacamole. Everything was hot on the plate, not warm but hot, so definitely a plus there. Beer was cold, no complaints there. The chips an salsa are free and the salsa definitely has a kick after a few bites. So, don't just take my word for it. Go do your taste buds a favor and try this place out.
