The chicken was excellent!! I don't think I'm going to cook chicken at home anymore! The sides were very good; the portion for the side salad was larger than expected. The restaurant was clean & provided proper social distancing. The employees all wore masks & gloves.

This was my first time here. I like beef tacos and they don't serve any here. Everything is chicken. Pretty limited menu as you can see in the attached menu. And what the heck is a \Fit\ bowl?
El Pollo loco is one of my go-to fast foods with a drive through. As someone who is often on the move and likes to eat healthy, this is a great chain for that. I LOVE the avocado chicken wrap and the kids love the quesadilla. The wife loves the low carb, under 500 calorie menu. I absolutely love Mexican food and this is a good, fast, healthy rendition of that.

I give this place a one star. I recently ordered on their app and went to pick it up and the food was not ready when I arrived. While I was also eating my chicken, I found that most of the chicken from inside were pink so they were not fully cooked. I had to throw the chicken away and I have photos of the chicken from the inside and it shows the pink color. This is called food poisoning and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
