Sent in mail to serve an individual in their country.. it was missing an apartment number... so they mailed it back instead of attempting to contact me. Big waste of time and they misinformed me when I sent it in again. Apparently I needed a signature and return mailing address, even though I asked exactly what I needed and they never said anything about that (After 4 phone calls and 3 mailings later, I was just told “all the information you need is online” - how am I supposed to know that existed??? Thanks but it’s wayyy too late). No accountability, so frustrated with the lack of training/care they put into their day to day work.
