Was nice, the large Karahai is not really worth the money, they said we would get 6 naan breads, we got delivered 4 halves. Would order again if we were given the correct amount of everything

Love this restaurant. Food is excellent and authentic whether you sit in or takeaway. Simple decor, helpful, polite staff whats not to like!

Had a really tasty meal tonight, ordered takeaway which turned up before time and lovely and hot, all the food was spot on

We stumbled on this restaurant after a long hike. There isn’t any parking at the restaurant but we were advised to park in the pets world retail park and it was a 5 mins walk to the restaurant. Decor is simple nothing fancy. Staff were very friendly, attentive and social which makes a huge difference to the experience. Food was surprisingly good. We ordered channa puri and mixed grill for starters. For mains we had chicken jalfrezi, tandoori prawn masala with rice and naan. Lastly for dessert we had cardamom tea and kulfi ice cream. Our favourite was the channa puri, jalfrezi and the naan which was freshly made. The kulfi ice cream was a nice finish to the meal. The other dishes were okay but nothing really to write home about and we may be a little tougher considering this is our home food. We have made allowances for the fact the restaurant needs to cater for its locals such as sweetening up some of the dishes with cream and coconut. They also made space for my husband to pray which was a bonus. Unfortunately they do not take American Express but took debit card payments. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would come again.

Consistently of a high standard, very friendly owners and a great delivery service. Always my first choice for a local curry and has been for 20 years!
