Victor handled my father's sevices in a professional manner. There was some miscommunication on a prepaid plan sold from the corporate side ( no fault of Young's funeral directors). David and Victor really worked to resolve the situation in a fair manner and stood behind what was communicated at the time of purchase. Good people.

I have known the Young Family all of my life and they are my “Family by Choice.” Young’s Funeral Directors have always treated everyone with the same love and respect that they treat their own family. Everything is always taken care of with compassion, patience and dignity. Whatever the family may need, they are willing to try to accommodate the need if at all possible. It’s all about making the family’s time of loss be as easy on the family as possible. Also, to help to honor and memorialize the deceased in the most beautiful and awesome ways that the family wishes. Just this last Saturday, we held my Aunt’s Celebration of Life Service in Young’s Chapel and they provided all the music we requested, had the slide show with the requested background music, had a picture display, had beautiful little programs, arranged the service for us because we had 3 preachers and 5 songs to work into it!, delivered everything to the house after the service (flowers, book, etc), and just took care of EVERYTHING!!! Professionals that know their business but you immediately feel like they are your friend! Young’s Funeral Directors is Perfection!
