Actually, a 1 star rating is way too good for this company. I won't go into all the details (there's just too much), but suffice it to say, these guys are bad and if you ever have any problems with their substandard products, forget about getting any kind of compensation or even an apology for your troubles. Firequest is clueless concerning any kind of concept dealing with good customer service, as far as they're concerned, if you are having troubles with their product, it's your problem not theirs (buyer beware!). I don't usually take the time to do negative ratings (all of my Google ratings up to this point are positive ones), but this has to be an exception because these guys continually refuse to do the right thing. I am actually thinking about taking this matter to the Arkansas State Attorney General's office, yes, Firequest is that bad! Stay away if you know what's good for you, wish I had......

Ordered product on June 6. June 18 and still no product. Called and all I got was attitude and lame excuses. Customer service was in the toilet and the lady was nasty as hell. Asked like she was doing me a favor. Claimed they sent two emails and must be in my spam. I checked spam, no emails to be found. Total BS. Never ordering from this company again. They don’t deserve 1 star.

Amazing Customer Service. I had an issue with FedEx and they were so proactive and helpful I was frankly amazed. Highly recommend!!
I order one day, they ship the next. So far no hiccups as I have yet had an item back ordered. I'm not certain but it would appear they monitor their inventory closely and/or they're sitting on their suppliers shirt sleeve.
