I went to Billy Wood with the intention on just looking at a car. Candice was my saleswoman and she is the sweetest woman I have ever met, the entire staff was very friendly and they made sure I wasn’t going to leave there unsatisfied, they will work with whatever you are comfortable with paying and will get you he best rate possible! My experience with Billy Wood Honda was the Greatest. My Salesman ( Tay ) was very honest & throughly. I work crazy hours, but he understood and was able to stay until I got off to pick up my car. We had the most pleasant buying experience here we’ve ever had. We did all the negotiating over the phone, then drove in that afternoon to sign our papers. (we live close to Little Rock) Everything was exactly as they said over the phone (payment, interest rate, trade in etc.) we walked away very happy. The women that we dealt with were very straightforward and efficient. (We worked with Candice) It was definitely worth the drive for us!

Great experience! Especially since car shopping wasn't exactly on the to do list, but unexpectedly necessary. A recent storm totaled my car, and I wasn't happy about a single minute of the process. Randal was awesome, as everyone else involved. I arrived less than joyful, but left very happy. The deal was quick, but most importantly, it was fair. Thank you Billy Wood Honda!
