I have been to Capataz on many occasions. The food is consistently good, the staff is great, and they always have a great local beer selection. You have to try their orange, tamarind, bacon wings. These things are probably the best wings I've ever had. Everything is nice. Love this place!

Been here twice now and both times I ordered the blackened salmon with coconut rice! It’s so good. Also the mezcal old fashioned is delicious. I will be back!
The food was outstanding. My sister had the new to the menu coconut pan seared salmon and she thought it was one fo the best salmon dishes she has ever had. I had the 13oz prime rib and it was perfect in flavor and cook temp (med rare). I highly recommended this restaurant.
One of my fav restaurants in Laredo. I ordered the Peruvian chicken with fries and was very impressed. The portions are well sized and the staff is very accommodating. I will be returning.
Recently took my wife for dinner and we ordered the wings el bufalo style, which were really good! Not too spicy and just the right amount of crunch and crispiness. We also ordered the Capataz Burger and the fish tacos. Both items were very delicious. I will say the service could be a little bit better, but other than that we enjoyed our experience. They have a good selection of craft beer on tap.
