I had skin problems for over a year, I was reluctant to finally find a doctor that knew what was going on with my skin! Right away they figured out exactly what was going on, I was very thankful! My skin cleared immediately! But now my skin is problematic again! I made not one but 2 appointments with this office, and both appointments were never followed through! I made one in May, which no one called for the virtual appointment! And then made another that was never followed through with either! No one called! No one apologized! No one cared! I just recently made a 3rd appointment! And they call me yesterday to tell me my insurance changed, and they no longer except my insurance! Fine! It’s my fault this time! My skin needs could have been taken care of if they would have fallowed through with my first two appointments. This place is absolutely unprofessional! They obviously don’t care about their patients skin care needs! I’m so disgusted with them! Thanks for making it so easy to walk away from this office for good! I can’t wait to find a more professional Dermatologist, that is considerate and caring of their patients needs!!!!

Had an appointment with Dr. Resh everything went fine but he prescribed me a medicine that's not covered by my insurance and all I asked for was changing it to something else that insurance cover. Got no response after calling the office 3 times! They never called me back I guess they don't care about their patients or they're not organized. I don't recommend them

After waiting 45 min. I was in room to wait more. Drove 40 min to get there. Had to leave to pick up kids, never got to see dr. Chaing. Just awful waste of time.

Doctor Yeh is an awesome Doctor. Very detailed, professional and caring. Has resolved all of my dermatology issues utilizing medications much more effective and considerably less use of steroids than meds previous doctors prescribed. Her staff is one of the best I have had the pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend she and her staff.

Dr yeh and her staff showed a genuine concern about my psoriasis problem and gave me the best results in 20 years. The whole staff is professional and friendly,they treat you like you want to be treated. I truly thank everyone
