Where to start.... I could exhaust a dictionary of superlatives to describe el bar de tapas! The whole experience is truly exceptional, I have eaten at this restaurant many time as well as ordering takeaway during the pandemic. The quality of food is outstanding, always! A favourite of mine is the pork cheeks, if it's on the menu order it! The staff are friendly and helpful, quick to serve and always take the time to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The cocktails are also amazing, especially the espresso martinis! Carols is a Bar Wizard! Whether you are going on a date night or for a family meal and you like tapas then there's nowhere else you should go... el bar de tapas is the one!

The food was lovely and freshly prepared. I'm sorry I only took a picture of desert and coffee. The staff were equally nice. We had intended to lunch at Salathong but found them closed and although we doubted that we would get a table at el bar de tapas we were in luck and found that it was not that busy. Always great food here. 5 stars.
Lovely restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. Food arrived well presented and quickly. Staff were helpful and friendly. My partner and I had a wonderful evening out there last Saturday evening. Would definitely recommend.
An excellent tapas bar, with excellent range of food and good atmosphere. A hidden gem I was extremely happy to find, even if I did order a little bit too much for myself :) well worth a visit.
Excellent food and drink with a few vegan options. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, making space for us even though it was quite busy. Covid measures were great and I felt safe eating here.
