Frozen prepared meals are good however the customer service is abysmal. Be prepared to lose out as not all items will be delivered (happened twice now) and business won't refund or contact you. Currently awaiting a refund/response/some kind acknowledgement that my order was only partially fulfilled.

Best African/Caribbean food store in London. Bachelor's heaven if you don't cook . I'm glad I discovered this place. Exotic dishes cooked. Definitely a place to recommend.
Visited this cash and carry today. Great customer service and I would recommend. Very tidy environment. I was privileged to meet a gentleman who appears to own the business and served us well. The place has so much to offer. It was unbelievable to see Gluten Free African food. I purchased for my mother. Owner assured me once tasted would not try any other brand again. I shall update further review of this item. I was impressed with their food hygiene and packaging of ready meals. Please give this place a try.....it's a hidden gem in my view.
