Two improvement point: 1) long wait: I had an appointment at 9:20, I waited half an hour and doctor didn't show up.. 2) reception desk: the dedicated area that receptionist sits, has doors which are supposed to be closed when patient is talking with the receptionist for privacy reasons. She kept it close when she had something to do and when a patient was there, the door was open!! everyone could hear patients talking with the receptionist.. Then whats the point of the sliding doors?

Compleet medisch centrum in de wijk zoals SGE deze in meerdere wijken organiseert. Huisartsen en apotheek onder een dak en meerdere medische handelingen zoals bloed prikken worden in de wijk uitgevoerd. Zeer burger vriendelijk.

De huisartsen zijn top, de apotheek heeft personeelsproblemen en daardoor zijn ze soms niet zo vriendelijk.

Niek Legdeur

De apotheek zou om 17.30u sluiten. Omdat ik tot 17u werk en helaas de de drukte door moest met de auto kwam ik om 17.25u aan. Hier stond ik voor een gesloten deur en kwam een mevrouw me vertellen dat alle computers al afgesloten waren en ik niet meer geholpen kon worden.

Ik heb een afspraak om 09.30 woort je een uur later 1x geholpen als je geluk heb kom je 5min te laat moet je een nieuwe afspraak maken belaglijk vind ik dit snap dat ze met mensen werken maar

Naar mijn mening een slecht service. Ik bloed en wil vandaag een afspraak. in plaats daarvan wordt ik maar liefst anderhalf uur in de wacht gezet. teruggebeld worden kan maar wel pas over twee uur! Heb nog net geen levensbedreigende iets maar toch mag er sneller gereageerd worden.
