I've called/visited a few times mainly to ask for information. Not only they did not know how to help me, but they were unable to point me somewhere where I could find the help I needed.

People in the reception and on the phone call are not cooperative enough. They have no concerns and understanding of emergency. PLEASE HAVE BETTER TRAINED STAFF IN THE RECEPTION.

If I could give zero stars, that would be appropriate. You are regarded as a robot, doctor does not explain anything and the general solution is to go home and wait for it to pass if you are young. I am sorry, but not every young body is perfectly healthy. Prevention is not given any attention, family history is also apparently irrelevant, all in all service does not exist.

This is one of the worst huisarts service ever. Rude staff, registration system is useless and medice gets delivered at the wrong SGE location. On top of all that, poor communication. Please don't make patients life difficult.
