We were helped by Henry. He gave us plenty of space to check cars so we didn't feel pressured to buy. He answered all our questions, offered us a test drive, and when we spotted a small detail in the windshield he offered to change it completely if we wanted to buy it. In general a good experience.
Nice selection of cars that are clearly very well-maintained. I liked how the salesperson (Henry) wasn't too pushy and didn't try to upsell us on useless accessories. We were offered a 600 guarantee package in case anything went wrong in the first 3 months, but we declined and that was that. Two things unique to this dealership that might throw some people off: 1. Prices are fixed here so there's no haggling (which is nice honestly, at least it doesn't feel like they're trying to rip you off with their prices). 2. Test driving is the last thing you do before you buy, once you really think you want it. These aren't bad things at all, but it's different from most used car dealerships. I'll certainly consider SDL for my next car purchase too. Also all these reviews mention the salesperson by name because they ask us to write a review about our experience here and to name the salesperson :)
