Very hard to contact. Called about 10 times in 15 days. No answer at all. Went there 3 times. Excuse that they had been busy and cannot pickup the phone. (It's a phone store, o the irony) Repair of my phone took a little longer as promised, which is disappointing. The repair itself went well. Not the experience what I expect from a brand such as Samsung.

Good service for my first phone purchase and assistance, going back for the renewal.
Calling for 4 days , placed over 40 calls with no answer. Non of the lines are being answered, not morning,no afternoon,not ever!!! I am also calling from the minute the shop opens and stil no one answer .

Zaterdag naar de winkel op advies van technische man bij Samsung die tevergeefs via de Smart tutor app op mijn telefoon heeft meegekeken. Kon mij niets meer vertellen dan dat ik al wist. Waarschijnlijk foutje in de software bij de omzetting naar Android 6.01. In de winkel zouden zij mij zeker kunnen helpen met een harde reset. Nee dus. Moest vandaag bellen om te kijken of er iemand aanwezig is die mij wel zou kunnen helpen. Er wordt gewoon niet opgenomen. 20 x gebeld. Erg frustrerend en irritant moet ik zeggen. Dit is geen service Samsung!!!
