I ordered some things online and selected this store for a pick-up. On my order I have it written that I have to collect between 16:00-18:00. I arrive at the store at 17:15 only to find out that it is closed. But the lights inside are on so I’m waiting, after about 10 mins a lady shows up and shouts through the door that they are closed. She didn’t even bother to open the door.

Only downside is the limited amount of available products. Great if you're just missing some cable, a wrench or a specific screwdriver. Staff has always been friendly.
It is a small Praxis store but it is very convenient if you need (general) items. Have been there many times and always found what I needed. The staff is very helpful, they take their time to answer all of your questions.
Staffs are friendly , informative and helpful. Indeed a convenient DIY store smack in the city centre , saves time and trouble to run to their larger branches.
