Stay Away from them! They charge an admission fee which is illegal in the Netherlands. They are not caring for the problems in the house but we were lucky to have the email of our landlady and they reacted only when we put the landlady in the cc. They are generally very disorganised and sent us a price increase document after we increased the rental price a month ago. They certainly do not communicate and abuse the good intentions. They illegally entered to our house without our permission. They are making use of the internationals.
They are super nice people at house hunting very professional and always there for you if you need anything. For example, I lost my keys and was locked out of my studio, I gave them a call and they quickly gave me the keys for just 50! On top of the great service the museum port is a very nice place to live. It's just a walk to the city centre and TUE.
